Had a great run round Regents Park with Clare and Jenny - was quite warm and the park was full of people - a bit of a change from last week when it was empty - something to do with the torrential downpour we were running in.......
Think I've finally managed to calibrate my Nike+ it and my Garmin were pretty much in agreement over the distance
The men in the cafe over the road now ask if we want 'our usual' on a Wednesday - special pasta - still can't help themselves laughing as we tumble sweating into the shop though.........
